SENIOR FOOTBALL: Skipton 52 - 26 - 338 defeated Landsborough 1 - 0 - 6
Led by assistant coach Tim McKay who kicked a club record of 22 goals, our Seniors had a very big win against an undermanned Landsborough last Saturday.
It was pleasing to see Aaron Klutke and Rod Kennedy both get through the game after returning from serious ankle injuries. Both will benefit from the run after missing several weeks with their injuries.
The next few weeks will see us play all the teams in the top half of the ladder, starting with Lexton at Lexton next Saturday, followed by Rokewood Corindhap @ home, Illabarook @ home, Navarre (away) and Carngham-Linton (away).
These games will give us a good preparation for the finals which are not far away.
